Ayurvedic Fall Cleanse
With the seasonal shift, we'll gently reset ourselves in order to promote a health-full season. When we have transitions in our life (such as seasonal transitions, moving, new jobs, etc) our bodies and minds are vulnerable to getting out of whack. This Ayurvedic cleanse focuses on transitioning into fall with grace, allowing room for space in order to focus on your body, mind, soul and sense organs.
Here's what to expect:
- We'll provide you with an in-depth PDF of the Ayurvedic cleanse info. Recipes, grocery lists, journal exercises etc.
- October 11, 2019 6:30 PM: Collective Kitchen Pop up for Cleansers. Think of this as an in person educational experience. We'll get together, explain how we organize our kitchen to promote a successful, easy cleanse week. We'll teach you how to properly prep, cook and eat your food throughout the cleanse. After the cooking is finished, we'll eat together.
- October 14-18th: Cleanse week! Your groceries have been purchased, you've scheduled time for yourself and you're organized to feed your mind and body.
- For the week of the cleanse, you have FIVE yoga classes to attend at Sangha Studio. We'll give you a punch card to stay organized.
- You'll have 15% off an Ayurvedic Consult with Alex Maurer or a Wellness Consult with Ingrid Chiles.

HypnoBirthing Class Series
//5 Class Series – Saturdays // 3pm-5:30pm // 10/19-11/16
//These classes are designed to prepare your mind and body for labor. The class focuses on breathing, deep relaxation and visualization techniques which will be taught and demonstrated in class, as well as childbirth education.
//What is HypnoBirthing®?
I teach HypnoBirthing®, The Mongan Method. HypnoBirthing® is a as much a philosophy as it is a technique. It is a rewarding, relaxing, stress-free method of birthing that is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in an atmosphere of gentility, calm and joy. When a mother is properly prepared for birthing physically, mentally and spiritually, she can experience that sort of joy, birthing her baby in an easier, more comfortable, and often even pain-free manner. Through this program of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualization, affirmations and education, HypnoBirthing® returns to a woman the art of birthing in a way that allows her to summon her natural birthing instincts and to birth her baby in safety and with ease.
//Advantages of HypnoBirthing®:
-Reduces, often eliminates, the need for chemical anesthesia, episiotomy and other interventions
-Lessens fatigue during labor, leaving the mother fresh, awake & energized
-Shortens the thinning and opening phase of labor
-Reduces risk of pelvic floor damage
-Allows the birthing partner to be an integral part of birthing, not an onlooker
-Brings mother, baby and birthing companion together in a wonderful prenatal, perinatal and postnatal bonding experience
-Birthing is returned to a safe, beautiful, peaceful experience as intended”
//What you will receive:

a new space on a historic street
Sangha (Song-ah) is the Sanskrit word for community. We aim to establish a safe space for individuals and the community to grow mindfully together through the practice of Yoga, Ayurveda, and conscientious buying.
How do we do that?
We offer safe, thoughtful yoga classes for the beginner and seasoned yogi. Because we have a number of classes to choose from, we know you'll find a teacher who speaks to you. In addition to classes, we offer childcare.
Dive into India's 5,000-year-old medicine through workshops and personal consultations. Learn how to balance your life with this preventative medicine.
At Sangha, we strive to connect the community by supporting local artists, farmers and companies. We believe if you're going to invest your money in something, it's important to be mindful about it. When we're not able to source our merchandise from our area, we make sure the companies we support share our love for awareness, sustainability and community growth.
